Colin brings a vast amount of experience within community engagement and working with local authorities.
Chris Kearton, Chair
Chris is now retired, but has a background in strategy and business development, as well as personnel sub-group work and recruitment.
Stephen Porter
On the board since 2020, Steve has spent his whole career in financial services, from mainstream banking to building societies and credit unions.
Katrina Cleary
Katrina Cleary is a retired NHS professional, with over 30 years working in South Yorkshire in various senior and Board level positions.
Peter Armstrong
Peter is retired after a career as an IT Manager in Sheffield University. He has been a Credit Union Director for about 25 years and Treasurer for most of that time.
Jenny Wright
Jenny currently works for the Money and Pensions Service (MaPS) across Yorkshire, helping people to improve their financial wellbeing and build a better, more confident future.
Richard Edwards
Richard is now retired, having worked for a manufacturing businesses for over 30 years. He is the current Compliance lead on the board.
What is the Annual General Meeting for?
