Membership Officer (Outreach)
Reports To:
Membership Manager
Contract Type:
Permanent (subject to successful completion of a probationary period)
Part-Time (15 hours per week)
Salary:
£23,211 to £23,900
Location:
Primarily working in community settings, but able to cover as needed at our offices at 35 Townhead Street, Sheffield S1 2EB or 2 Effingham Square, Rotherham S65 1AP.
Role Purpose:
This role is responsible for a providing support to our members and signing up new members in community settings. You will need to be able to explain financial concepts in simple terms.
The role requires a people person with excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and ability to work independently outside the office.

Money Guidance Officer
Reports To:
Head of Marketing & Business Development
Contract Type:
18 months (subject to successful completion of a probationary period)
Full-Time (35 hours per week)
Salary Banding:
£25,300 to £29,800
Location:
Primarily working in community settings, but with a base at our offices at 35 Townhead Street, Sheffield S1 2EB or 2 Effingham Square, Rotherham S65 1AP.
Role Purpose:
This role is responsible for providing money guidance support to people in community settings across Sheffield or Rotherham. You will need to be able to explain financial concepts in simple terms and support volunteers to access the online training available.
